What you can expect from us
A 60 minute training session broken into 3 20 minute intervals consisting of a combination of Strength Training, Spinning, THUMPBoxing, Kettlebells, Cardio, HIIT and Core Work - a different workout every time and perfect for those wanting to fit in a workout over the weekend.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, all PT Sessions will require full payment regardless of attendance or cancellation. No shows will be charged the full amount. - PT Sessions require 24 hours notice to reschedule: if you give less then 24 hours notice of cancellation - your PT Session cannot be rescheduled and will be charged in full.
